Data we may process
We may process contact and contract details, correspondence, billing information, service usage data, IP addresses, technical server and security logs, and other information you provide while using our services.
Server and security logs
Website, hosting and infrastructure systems may automatically record IP addresses, request times, technical identifiers, errors, authentication events and security events. These records are used for service operation, diagnostics, security and abuse prevention.
Hosting and customer infrastructure
Where a customer determines the purposes of personal data processed in its systems or hosting environment, Orungis may act as a technical provider or processor under the customer’s instructions and agreed terms. Customer content is not used for unrelated commercial purposes.
Why we use data
Data is used to provide and administer services, communicate and provide support, perform contracts and billing, protect infrastructure, analyse incidents, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal requirements.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for a specific service, contract, accounting, security, dispute resolution or other lawful purpose. When no longer needed, it is deleted, anonymised or retained only for the period required by applicable requirements.
Recipients and service providers
Data may be shared with infrastructure, cloud, email, accounting, payment, security or other providers only to the extent required for a specific function. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required.
International transfers
Where service providers or infrastructure are located in other countries, contractual, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the circumstances are used.
Your rights
Depending on the requirements that apply to you, you may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to certain processing, request a copy of data or exercise other applicable rights.
